provides optimum performance for diffusion Pumps. Liquid
Nitrogen Trap mounted above the Diffusion Pump reduces
back streaming of diffusion oil vapor and this provides
clean and better ultimate vacuum in the chamber. Liquid
Nitrogen Trap is available in sizes ranging from 65 mm dia. up
to
1000 mm dia.
