The
manually operated Needle Valves are suited for admitting
defined, clearly reproducible gas streams into a vacuum
chamber.
Needle Valve consists of a Brass housing a regulating
needle of stainless steel and a valve seat made of
Brass.
In
closed position, the needle is passed against the
conical valve seat by a pressing spring. The needle
moves in the axial direction. It is coupled to the
actuating knob over a ball bearing.
