HINDHIVAC has designed
and supplied various size of vacuum furnaces for special
applications like, Vacuum Brazing, Annealing, Hardening,
Tempering, etc. meeting to the customer requirements.
Horizontal / Vertical
type Vacuum furnaces fabricated out of Stainless Steel with
Hot zone made of Molybdenum / Tantalum / Tungsten /
Graphite with suitable radiation sheet for temperature
ranging from 800 C to 2500 C to meet the specific
requirement of the customer.
High speed vacuum
pumping system with the option for Diffusion pump /
Turbo molecular pump to operate the furnace in the range
of 10-2
M.bar to 10-6
Mbar. Furnaces are provided with fast Gas cooling
facilities with pressure ranging from 800 m.bar to 4 bar
absolute, Oil quenching facilities as an option.
Control instrumentation
like Temperature programmer controller, Over temperature
controller, Auto / Manual vacuum controller,
Programmable logic controller (PLC) for complete
automation of vacuum cycle, temperature cycle and other
necessary safety devices and interlocks for smooth
operation.
Complete operation of the vacuum furnace through pc
& scada software can be provided as an option.
