Vacuum coating Unit Model 20F10-D is a versatile unit
for production units as well as research organizations.
Optional accessories increase the versatility of the
unit, making it suitable for various applications such
as optical thin film coating, ophthalmic coating,
semiconductor industries, micro electronics etc. This
vacuum coating unit has facilities for thermal
evaporation and Ion cleaning with substrate holder as
standard gadgetries. Other accessories are radiant
heater, rotary drive, electron beam gun evaporation (3kw
& 8kw with single source and 4 source evaporation sources),
thickness measuring instruments such as Quartz thickness monitor.
This Vacuum coating unit is fitted with high speed
vacuum pumping system fully integrated with Two stage
rotary vacuum pump, diffusion pump with necessary traps
and valves. The Vacuum Coating system can be supported either with
manually operated or auto manual controller. HINDHIVAC
Vacuum Coating system Model 20F10-D is rated for high gas
throughout to produce clean and high vacuum in the bell
jar.
